
It is very common for clients to be worried about causing more "Damage" to their backs when returning to exercise. In this short video I talk about how is the best way to get back into exercise after an episode of Low Back Pain.
Really there is no silver bullet, the trick is to start off slow and build yourself back up over a realistic time frame. Allowing your body to adapt and change and get stronger over a number of weeks.
Introduce core and flexibility exercises, along with low impact exercise like swimming or cycling. Once you are feeling strong again, start to ease back into your sport of choice.
