Keeping You Moving Monday's
You can start this exercise with some shoulder bridges and knee tucks. When warmed up you can start to tuck your knees higher.
As you get stronger you can straighten your legs while lifting your hips higher, you can use your arms for stability and assistance.
You can progress by pushing your feet and hips directly into the air.
Try to control the movement up and down, think about peeling your spine off the floor and laying it back into the floor one vertebra at a time.
