Following on from last weeks video showing isometric exercises for rotator cuff injury we have given you some sample progressive exercises.
It is important to improve on range of motion and strengthening the injured muscle/tendon.
We have given you some variations depending on how you are progressing.
Remember it can take up to 12 weeks on average for a new shoulder injury to resolve fully, so be patient and consistent with your exercises.
We will post some follow on late stage rehab exercises shortly.
